Crews Search For Cause Of 2 Alarm Apartment Fire
Houston Fire Department Arson investigators are searching for the cause of a two-alarm apartment fire in southeast Houston. When the fire crews arrived at Park Houston apartments on Martin Luther King Boulevard, they found heavy flames coming through the roof of the building. Firefighters then pulled a second alarm, adding more units.
They set up a ladder truck and fought the fire from above. After about an hour, crews eventually got the fire under control, but not before flames destroyed 12 of the 16 units in the building.
All residents got out safely.
