The customer, Umami Grill & Sushi, reached out to Fire Alarm Houston for fire alarm system inspection and services for their commercial space located in Magnolia, TX. As a restaurant serving sushi and hibachi dishes, Umami Grill & Sushi recognizes the critical importance of fire safety in their establishment to ensure the protection of their customers, staff, and property. They contacted us to conduct a thorough inspection of their fire alarm system and to provide any necessary services to ensure its proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations.

To address the customer's needs, we provided comprehensive fire alarm system inspection and services for Umami Grill & Sushi. Our certified technicians conducted a detailed inspection of the entire fire alarm system, including the installation of an annunciator and System Sensor ceiling horn-strobe (white).

During the inspection, our team identified and addressed any issues or deficiencies in the system to ensure optimal performance and compliance. We replaced the fire alarm control panel (FACP) heat, kitchen ceiling horn strobe, and installed a new cell to enhance system reliability.

Additionally, we provided and installed necessary components such as 2-wire smoke detectors with plug-in bases and a 12V 7Ah sealed lead-acid battery for the fire panel to ensure proper operation of the system.

Following the inspection and service, we conducted an annual inspection, which the system passed successfully. We ensured that the fire alarm control panel was appropriately tagged as compliant.

Furthermore, we installed a fire-Lite LCD annunciator and an M2M fire alarm communicator to enhance system monitoring and communication capabilities.
