The customer, Palemon and Rita Holdings Inc, reached out to Fire Alarm Houston for fire alarm system inspection, monitoring, and services for their commercial space located in Sugar Land, TX. Understanding the critical importance of fire safety in their establishment, Palemon and Rita Holdings Inc sought our expertise to ensure their fire alarm system's proper functioning, compliance with regulations, and reliable monitoring services.

Solutions provided:

To address the customer's needs, we provided a range of solutions to ensure the safety and compliance of Palemon and Rita Holdings Inc's fire alarm system. Upon arrival, we found the system powered off and proceeded to power it back up, confirming that the backup batteries were in good condition. We then removed the old cellular communicator and installed a new NAPCO StarLink Fire communicator.

After connecting the new communicator to the fire alarm control panel (FACP), we thoroughly tested the signals to ensure proper communication. Additionally, we provided training to the customer on how to use the system effectively, empowering them to manage and respond to alarms efficiently.

Following our services, we conducted an annual inspection, which the system passed successfully. We updated the blue tag to reflect compliance with safety standards and confirmed that the system was operating normally.
