Our services began with an annual inspection, during which we identified and resolved various issues. We installed a NAPCO StarLink Fire communicator and a NAPCO radio communicator for the fire alarm panel to enhance communication capabilities and successfully took over monitoring services. During the inspection, we addressed wiring issues for the EVAX system, cleared zones 2, and resolved communication faults, restoring the system to normal operation. Additionally, we conducted troubleshooting and identified a ground fault on the EVAX system. Although we will need to return to replace the wire between the men's and women's restrooms, we ensured that the system was operational and safe in the interim. Given the ongoing maintenance requirements, we deferred the annual inspection until the system is fully restored. We began by servicing the waterflow issue and setting up and configuring the radio system. Additionally, we repaired the kitchen hood connection to ensure proper functionality. During the annual inspection, we passed the system and updated the blue tag on the fire alarm control panel (FACP). To enhance communication capabilities, we installed a NAPCO StarLink Fire communicator and a NAPCO radio communicator for the fire alarm panel.
