To address the customer's needs, we provided complete solutions tailored to enhance fire safety within C & L Industrial Inc's commercial space. Our offerings included the installation of a 127-point addressable fire alarm system, featuring selectable candela ceiling horn strobes and strobes for effective alerting in case of fire emergencies. We installed a NAPCO StarLink Fire communicator to ensure reliable communication of alarm signals to monitoring stations and emergency responders. Additionally, we deployed a 32-character LCD remote annunciator for convenient system monitoring and management. To protect the fire alarm system from power surges, we installed surge protectors and provided a 12V 7Ah sealed lead-acid battery for backup power. Our services also encompassed installation, activation, and meticulous wiring to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the entire system. We assisted C & L Industrial Inc in planning and permitting processes to ensure compliance with regulations. Furthermore, we provided a digital alarm communicator/dialer for additional communication options and a fire alarm document box for convenient storage of fire alarm documents. To address the customer's needs, we provided a range of services and products: System Design and Planning: We started with a detailed assessment of the building to plan the installation of the fire alarm system. This included identifying key areas for smoke detectors, alarm devices, and control panels. Installation of Fire Alarm Accessories: Ceiling Horn Strobes (White): We installed several selectable candela ceiling horn strobes to ensure effective auditory and visual alerts in case of fire. Addressable Pull Stations: Dual-action addressable pull stations were strategically placed for manual activation of the fire alarm. V-Plex Addressable Smoke Detectors: These were installed throughout the building for early smoke detection. 60 Point Addressable Fire Panel: This serves as the central control unit for the fire alarm system. 32 Character LCD Remote Annunciator and DACT: These devices enhance the system's communication capabilities. Fire Alarm Cabling: We used 18/4 and 16/2 solid plenum fire alarm cables for reliable and safe signal transmission throughout the building. For areas requiring shielded cabling, we used 18/2C FPLP SOL RED SHIELDED cable. Inspection Services: Post-installation, we conducted a thorough inspection to ensure that every component of the fire alarm system was functioning correctly. Planning and Permitting: We handled all necessary planning and permitting processes to ensure that the installation was compliant with local fire safety regulations. Customer Education and Handover: Finally, we provided the customer with a complete briefing on the system's operation, maintenance requirements, and emergency protocols. The customer now has a fully functional, state-of-the-art fire alarm system in Houston Metals, ensuring enhanced safety and regulatory compliance.
