The customer, Dycor Manufacturing Inc. located in Missouri City, Texas, contacted Fire Alarm Houston because they needed fire alarm installation and monitoring services for their orthotics and prosthetics service facility. Ensuring the safety of their premises through a reliable fire alarm system was essential for protecting both their staff and the sensitive equipment used in their operations. The solutions included installing a 10 Zone Control Panel with a communication and 7-amp power supply, as well as a Fire-Lite LCD Annunciator for clear status indication and control. We replaced existing fire alarm equipment with new FireLite components, specifically the MS-10UD Panel, ANN-80 Annunciator, and two 2W-B Smoke Detectors, ensuring the system was up-to-date and fully operational. Additionally, we installed a NAPCO Radio for enhanced monitoring capabilities and integrated two smoke detectors to ensure thorough coverage. Our team handled all aspects of the installation, activation, and wiring, ensuring the system met all regulatory standards. We also provided planning and permitting services to streamline the approval process. To enhance the functionality and user experience, we included a UNIVERSAL WIRELESS TRANSMITTER, an XTLTOUCH with Wi-Fi, Z-Wave, LTE capabilities, a wireless graphic touchscreen with proximity detection, and a wireless remote chime.
